Dessert Friday :)


  • 2 cups Oatmeal or Gluten-free oats
  • 3 Bananas, mashed
  • 2-3 tbsp Almond milk
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1-2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (optional)
  • 1 cup dairy-free, sugar-free chocolate chips (they do exist! :))
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour (optional)



  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Oil cookie sheet (I used coconut oil)
  • Mix all ingredients together - add almond milk until cookie dough texture
  • Use tbsp to spoon cookie dough onto cookie sheet - push down a little to shape correctly because when they bake they don't necessarily flatten out
  • Bake 12-15 minutes - let dry & then use a spatula to scoop off!
