Value your Body

I have a lot of clients that come into the gym that want to train with me, but then walk away because training is "too expensive." Ladies - anything of quality requires value & HARD WORK. 

Eating good, organic food requires more money. Buying programs, ebooks, training sessions, workout DVDs, nutritional guides, healthy cookbooks, etc. ALL require money. But they are of limitless value if used correctly & consistently!    

What is disappointing to me is when I know people go out & spend $100 or even hundreds of dollars out on the weekend on alcohol, clubs, expensive dinners, useless clothes or shoes, etc. and then they tell me they can't "afford" to eat well, or follow a workout program, or do training sessions... Blah blah blah.

It's called priorities - & if your body isn't your priority NOW, you will spend much more money on health bills in the future when your body can't handle your poor decisions & your lack of commitment to your health anymore. 

I've spent countless hours creating ebook plans for people to follow, I send out a free newsletter each week in hopes that it motivates you, and I post multiple times a day on Instagram to keep you accountable. I do it because I CARE & I want you to VALUE your body :)

Other than my plans, there are SO many guides for you to utilize out there. And you have personal trainers, gyms, boot camps, etc at your fingertips wherever you live. Stop making excuses & start investing in the thing that's most important to you ... your HEALTH.
