Best Chicken Breast Recipe

Okay I have always struggled with trying to make a healthy, but still juicy & soft chicken breast. Mine would always turn out dry... after combing a few different ideas I've found, I have finally "perfected" the breast! :)


  1. Use a defrosted boneless, skinless chicken breast
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  3. Have the chicken breast sit in a bowl of warm water for about 10-15 minutes
  4. Place a piece of foil on a baking sheet & spread a generous amount of olive oil onto the foil
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika onto the olive oil
  6. Place the chicken breast on top of the olive oil/seasonings & then flip the chicken breast back & forth sliding it around until it is completely covered in the oil & seasonings
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until chicken breast is lightly browned & serve!
