A little Life Update!

Hey guys! So I'm sure some of you are wondering why my photos are all in random, new places & what the heck is going on with my life hah! I've gotten a few questions about where I am/what I'm doing so I wanted to share! 

Well I like to call this a "transitional month" as we are making our move from San Diego to Bend. The past few months seem like a bit of a whirlwind as I have gotten engaged to this amazing & loving man!! Andddd we decided to make a big move. If you didn't know, I have never lived anywhere other than San Diego! I was born in Sacremento & when I was 3 years old we moved to SD. I even went to college in SD sooo this is definitely going to be a change for me!

For now, we have been spending time with Tylor's family & staying in their guest house in Southern OR as Tylor is helping his dad with a bunch of projects around the farm & I am able to focus on Bodies by H which is amazing🙌🏼 I've been waiting for a break from working in a gym so I could finish this book & share it with you all!

We have also been spending time at his family's beach house, putting in a lot of manual labor building a fence! That being said, I have still been fairly consistent with my workouts doing my guide FUGF, but on days where we've done a lot of work, I definitely take it upon myself to let my body rest when I feel I need it!

This Thursday we are flying out to Ohio to go to a huge family reunion on Tylor's mom's side (which is why we have been practicing golf!) & after we get back from that trip we will be settling into our house in Bend! I am so happy we initially took the time to move into the house so we don't have much to do when we get back from all of the traveling! 


Food wise I have been trying my best to stick to clean eating, but it definitely is harder when we are eating out or on the road a lot, but Tylor has been helping me stay on track! He has a new way of eating (Primal Blueprint) & I have been joining him in that way of eating along with a few minor changes occasionally to keep me sane haha. 


When we get back to Bend, I will be starting work at a gym there & potentially going to take a few classes for pre-reqs for grad school! Super excited for all the changes & will keep sharing as I go!
