Grow & Scale your Virtual Assistant Business with a Specialty Service

When I first started my Virtual Assistant business,  I had small goals of working a few hours/week and basically just making grocery money for our family as a stay-at-home mama. This was perfect for a couple of months, but then I started realizing that there was so much more income potential if I learned how to do a task that was more specialized.

By choosing a specialty, you can brand and market yourself as a VA who has a niche of 1-2 things. This will allow you to grow and scale your business for three reasons:

  1. You know exactly what to educate on and who you’re speaking to.

  2. Clients know exactly what to do and what to refer their business friends to you for.

  3. You can increase your rates and charge specialty prices.

Examples of VA specialties include email marketing, social media management, sales page design, copywriting, and content calendar consulting/planning. My specialties are Kajabi Design & Course Launch Strategy and email marketing. My business took off when I started offering email marketing services - I no longer had to strictly rely on hourly work and was able to package & price these high-ticket offers. If email marketing sounds like the perfect niche for you too, I’ve got a mini Email Marketing Specialty Course that can help you get started!
