How to Launch & Sell during Black Friday

Black Friday is one of the biggest shopping days of the year. No surprise there. But if you haven’t thought of ways for your own business to get in on the action, you’re missing out! Black Friday sales aren’t just for the physical product space, and I’ve got some tips to help you crush it this season.

  • Create a ramp up strategy to promote your new or already created product or digital offer by drip releasing exciting free content that shares pieces of what you include in your paid offer. Think along the lines of a PDF guide, webinar, or a fun challenge. This will also continue to build your email list as people opt-in to receive the free content. Win-win!

  • Speaking of email lists, if you’ve been MIA with yours, NOW is the time to check in with some regular nurture emails. Provide them with great value over the next few weeks so you’re not just blasting them with your Black Friday offer. That’s an easy way to get lost in the flood of Black Friday emails.

  • Use your social media accounts to start teasing your offer. Mix in some of these teaser posts every now and then to start building awareness and excitement for what’s coming on Black Friday.

Ultimately, it’s important to remember who your ideal client is, and what THEY want to see. What will inspire them to read your content, open your emails, and eventually buy your offer? Keep in mind, people are more likely to buy from someone they know (IG besties!) and trust.

If you’re looking to dig deeper into the details of a full ramp up strategy, I teach all of that in Online Course School. It takes you from idea to launch. And as a bonus, you get dozens of Done-for-You templates for both social media and email, so you don’t have to start anything from scratch. But if you’re not quite sure if you’re ready for all that, start here with my guide on how to outline and launch your course. It’s the perfect way to dip your toes in.
